Chat Unlock Investment

Both users invest $10/week or $299/year to unlock chat. This mutual investment encourages meaningful conversations and reduces spam.

Chat Expectations:

•Respect boundaries and comfort levels
•Keep conversations appropriate and respectful
•Don't pressure for personal information
•Report inappropriate messages immediately

Safety and Reporting

Your Safety is Our Priority

We take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours. Don't hesitate to report anything that makes you uncomfortable.

How to Report:

• Use the report button on profiles
• Report messages in chat
• Email safety@polarflirt.com
• Block users immediately if needed

What Happens Next:

• Immediate review by our team
• Investigation within 24 hours
• Account suspension if warranted
• Follow-up with reporter

First Warning

Educational message and guidance

Temporary Suspension

1-7 day account suspension

Permanent Ban

Account permanently deleted

Immediate Permanent Ban for:

• Threats of violence or harm
• Explicit sexual content or harassment
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sharing others' personal information
• Creating multiple fake accounts
